Arnold Fitness Expo '09
This year was probably the biggest to date, at least that's what it seemed like on Friday. I don't think I ever saw so many people there as early in the all the times that I have been there, and that 's about 13 years. The expo was off the chain once again with plenty to see at every point. Everyone from UFC Fighters, Bodybuilders known and unknown, Martial Artist from every discipline and much more. If this event gets any bigger it well take a week to geet through it all. We (The Omega Force Christian Strength Team) would like thank Randy Couture for the tickets to the UFC Fights, that was truly the highlight of the weekend.
